- Project details you provide so we can quote your work.
- Correspondence you send by email or phone.

- Responding to your enquiry and preparing a quotation.
- Booking, scheduling and delivering services you have agreed to.
- Issuing invoices and meeting our statutory record-keeping obligations.
- Following up on quotes you have requested.
We do not sell your data to third parties and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Retention
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months. Contract and invoice records are retained for at least 6 years to meet HMRC requirements.
